Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known issue affecting recent versions.

Try this workaround:

  • Open Cursor Settings and enable “Legacy Terminal Tool”
  • Restart Cursor
  • Test your terminal commands in Agent

This has helped several users with the same hanging behavior. Let me know if it helps you.

I actually just restarted my computer and it started working again, but thanks anyway. We’ll try this if it happens again.
