For the past month, Cursor has been an unusable product.
Constantly timing out during tool calls, chat histories disappearing/not loading, code removal errors, etc.
This is drastically slowing down successful workflows, leading to a much higher consumption of tokens to get the same amount of work done.
This is unacceptable. Ultra users like myself are 1 inch away from never using Cursor again. I pay $200 a month + pay by use credits exceeding $1000.
Product is completely broken, especially considering how much we are paying.
I suggest everyone contact Cursor to remedy the situation.
Users should have credits refunded for at least the last month or more.
We do not deserve to pay for a broken product.
If nothing is done to remedy this situation, I will be changing products and will never consider using Cursor again. Everyone is thinking this.
You guys need to do something.
As a community, we need to stand up for getting cheated out of our money.
