Tizen Extension stopped working

Hello, I would like to report that the Tizen extension has stopped working on the cursor

  • cursor reset & reinstalled
  • installed c# extension from Anysphere manually.

note: in Vscode it works normally.

Error
Cannot activate the ‘Tizen Extension’ extension because it depends on the ‘C#’ extension from ‘Anysphere’, which is not installed. Would you like to install the extension and reload the window?

Hi! We will work on getting a replacement for this in the Cursor Marketplace, thanks for flagging. In the meantime, can you install it manually?

First clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/Samsung/vscode-extension-tizentv.git
Then, [cmd/ctrl]-shift-p → “Developer: Install Extension from Location”, and select the vscode-extension-tizentv folder where you cloned the above repo.

My cursor has the same problem, everything has stopped, waiting for the problem to be resolved

Hello, I have the same problem, I’m waiting for a resolution to continue my projects.

Or the same is happening with my project, I have to stop because the extension simply stopped working.

I think it’s been more than 48 hours since I received an email response from cursor support, can you help us? @ravirahman

I have the same problem mentioned by @filipiweb .. and the extension on GitHub is not the same, it is an old version, I am also waiting for some solution

Hi all, we are aware of this issue and are working on a solution to this. Unfortunately, this is taking us a bit longer than expected because the source code for the newer Tizen extension is not publicly available. I hope to have a more specific update in the next day or two.

@ravirahman Hello, thank you for your feedback, we were unable to use the cursor for Tizen development, I will be returning to vscode, please let us know when we can return to the cursor.

Hi all, we have forked and published a version of the Tizen extension that is compatible with Cursor. You can find it by searching for @id:anysphere.vscode-tizen-csharp in the extension marketplace. Attaching a screenshot:

very thanks, worked
