I have tried chrome, edge and Firefox as well (changing the default browser option from my windows os). It won’t work.
Even i cant login the button works but is unresponsive

Yes! you are right! I am also facing this same issue.
i try klik Sign in but after klik this button but nothing happend, i try Uninstall and then Install again but same happend

I had the same issue on WSL 2, Windows 11, Ubuntu 24.04. It turned out since I was on WSL it hadn’t installed xdg-utils for xdg-open, which allows link redirects.
I was able to confirm that with $ xdg-open http://example.com
Once I installed xdg-utils everything worked just fine.
That’s probably not most peoples’ problem, but may be helpful for someone.

Hey, can you try to redownload the latest version from cursor.com and see if that helps?
I just downloaded cursor for windows from the website to try it out, pressed the sign in button, and it opened a new window in the browser but the page was completely white with nothing to interact with.
This happens with some lesser-known browsers. Can you try setting a browser like Chrome as your default, as this should let you sign in correctly?
I reset my computer and set the default to chrome. I still get a white screen when pressing log in.
Can you open the developer tools in Chrome, and see if there are any errors in the console?
Can you hit the ‘Console’ tab at the top of the screen, as that will show any errors that may be occurring here!
I was able to do a workaround. I pressed sign in, copied the link and emailed it to myself, and then opened it on my phone and signed in there. Now I have access to AI tools.
