# Trying to signin but get an error

I’m trying to signin but get this error **This email is not available**.  
Now if I try to reset password with the same email it tells me there is no account with that email. So I’m stuck and there is no support… Help

I have the same problem, probably there is something wrong with email checking as I don’t have address from a popular provider.

I have my own domain and e-mail address under that domain.
