Annual Ultra still resets included usage every month. If I pay a year upfront, unused credit should roll to the next month, or Ultra annual should be a yearly pool (12 × included usage) so a heavy month can draw from a light one. Right now annual only discounts the fee; overage is still extra, and unused months are lost. That makes annual feel unfair versus monthly.
Hi @David_Duran Thanks for the post. Included usage runs on a monthly cycle across the individual plans, and unused usage doesn’t carry forward. That’s intentional rather than an oversight. The monthly allowance is what keeps capacity predictable, so it stays the same whether you’re billed monthly or yearly.
What annual billing changes is the price. The discount recognizes the commitment of paying for the year upfront, not the timing of when the usage gets spent. If your months vary a lot, on-demand usage is what covers the heavier ones, and you can set a spend limit so it stays predictable.
