# 'Unable to reach Anthropic' error

I need assistance on solving this error. I have a project presentation and I’m getting this error while trying to upload code snippets to cursor for it to fix when I’m on cursor pro. my request id is bd2d7e66-6774-46ae-8147-0e21e74c2284. Kindly someone assist me…this is extremely urgent

Hey, can you send a screenshot of the error?  
Also, does this happen with every request or just some of them?

Looking at the request ID, it seems like everything is fine on our end, so my guess is this is a network issue on your side, either with a VPN, or firewall in the way.

I decided to start over again and have not been getting the error. thank you to the people who have responded
