I practicly can’t use Cursor IDE right now because it gets stuck on “Planning next moves” for a minutes or so and after i always got “Unable to reach the model provider” message with any model!

The ERROR_RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED / “Unable to reach the model provider” with isExpected:true is a temporary signal that the model provider was at capacity for that specific request. Cursor will auto-retry these, and your account is fine. Your request wasn’t billed.
At the time of your report, there was no active incident on our side, so it most likely happened during peak load. Here’s what to try:
Just retry the request or start a new chat. It usually works on the second try.
During peak hours, switch to a different model family. That often avoids the overloaded endpoint.
If it hangs for minutes on “Planning next moves” before failing, that can point to a local network issue. Check: Cursor Settings > Network > Run Diagnostics. If you’re on a VPN, proxy, or corporate network, try turning it off for a bit, or toggle “Disable HTTP/2” in App Settings, search for HTTP/2.
