Use ChatGPT 20x plan with Cursor Pro

I have a ChatGPT 20x plan ($200) and a Cursor Pro ($20) plan.

I am looking for a way to use my ChatGPT $200 ‘credits’ without putting it on the API? So use the5h and 7d limits from Codex.

Basically I want to use Cursor with my limits on Codex (without moving Cursor to $200 plan). It was not possible back in the day I believe. But I cannot figure out if it’s possible now. Currently there are many different tools which use local Claude or Codex install in their UI without the API keys. Maybe Cursor can too?

Anyway - Install the codex extension in VS Code / Cursor from the Extensions panel, and login - thats it :ok_hand:

Codex IDE extension | ChatGPT Learn ? I don’t mean this. I mean let Cursor use OpenAI plan basically.

To be clear, I mean the agentic coding. Not the chat in the editor. Basically using Cursor as Codex or Claude Code.
