### Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

### Describe the Bug

I have little faith that this will get addressed when the only other bug I have reported was ignored and then auto-closed after 30 days.

Using @ in chat has not worked properly for several versions. As you have just released a major version and still not fixed it, I thought I better report it. How it has got through UAT I cannot understand.

If using @ in chat, the AI does not have access to the terminal output.
If using the ‘Add context’ button and selecting the same terminal, the AI does have access to the output.

### Steps to Reproduce

Type “@” in chat and ask the AI what it can see

### Expected Behavior

The AI should have access to the terminal output

any chance of anyone looking at this? I keep experiencing a lot of weird behaviour with the chat interface, specifically the text box itself, but I dont want to bother writing them up if no one is ever going to reply. I’ll probably just go try something else out instead.
