Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known regression in 2.1.47–2.1.50, especially on Windows and Windows+WSL. Temporary workarounds:
- Settings > Agents > disable External-file Protection. For many users this immediately brought the buttons back and removed the freeze:
- Agent Mode keeps asking approval for changes
- Agent stuck forever
