Version rollback - checkpoints saved?

I’m very upset too, but update 0.46 now works terribly with checkpoints. We discussed it here:

Checkpoints are no longer added before each code change. Checkpoints are sometimes added only at the very beginning of the request (or ends). And in version 0.45, checkpoints were added step by step, after each action of the agent with the code. It is impossible to use checkpoints now. I’m very upset. And git is completely different! We are not talking about commits, but about short checkpoints during AI generation!
