# "View: Toggle Primary Sidebar Visibility" keyboard shortcut doesn't work

### Describe the Bug

“View: Toggle Primary Sidebar Visibility” does not work. I have this mapped to a shortcut I’ve used in all of my editors (cmd+shift+f, so that this acts as a “toggle” to do a global search and exit out of global search when press again). I have tried with the typical “When” expression I use (!sideBarFocus) and have tried with an empty “When” expression.

### Steps to Reproduce

Set any keybinding for the “View: Toggle Primary Sidebar Visibility” shortcut, attempt to use it, see that it does nothing.

### Expected Behavior

It should close the left sidebar (the one that has search, file tree, extensions, etc).

### Operating System

MacOS

### Current Cursor Version (Menu → About Cursor → Copy)
