Hey love the new Agents Window! Just have a small request to make it even more useful
In the Editor Window, voice input works great — there’s a microphone icon and a keyboard shortcut to trigger it. In the new Agents Window, the experience is different in two ways that feel like bugs:
- Microphone icon is hidden until you type
When the agent is working, the input box shows “Send follow-up” with no microphone button visible. You have to type until you get a line break before the mic icon appears.
- No keyboard shortcut for voice input
The keyboard shortcut that triggers voice input in the Editor Window doesn’t work in the Agents Window at all — even after the mic icon becomes visible.
Both of these make it harder to use voice input as a primary way to interact with agents, which is otherwise a really natural fit for the conversational back-and-forth!
Expected behavior:
Mic icon should always be visible in the input box, regardless of whether text has been typed
The voice input keyboard shortcut should work in the agents window the same way it does in the editor
