I am getting this error when trying to use remote SSH. The server is Windows 2022, and I am running Windows 11.

```auto
This bug does not appear when in v0.45.7. It only affects latest version. viz :
Version: 0.45.15 (user setup)
VSCode Version: 1.96.2
Commit: 73dd83bb6f8e3a3704ad8078a8e455ac6d4260d0
Date: 2025-02-22T10:19:07.356Z
Electron: 32.2.6
Node.js: 20.18.1
It renders remote SSH and cursor unusable if the destination is windows server.
