We’re currently evaluating Cursor for company-wide adoption, but the differences between the **Team** plan and the **Enterprise** plan aren’t very clear from the available materials.

Is there someone (Cursor staff, sales, or support) who can provide a more concrete, detailed explanation of:

- what we get in Team vs Enterprise,

- what the deciding criteria typically are,

- and which specific admin/security features are Enterprise-only?

A clear comparison (even a simple checklist/table) would help a lot. Thanks.

Hey, thanks for your request.

Here are the main differences:

Team ($40/user/mo) includes:

- Privacy Mode enforcement
- Admin Dashboard with usage stats
- SSO (SAML/OIDC)
- Team Rules
- Centralized billing
- Team-level spend limits

Enterprise (Custom) adds:

- SCIM provisioning (automated user management)
- Audit Logs
- Priority Support
- Pooled usage (one shared pool across users instead of $20/user)
- AI Code Tracking API + Conversation Insights
- Per-member spend limits (admin-only controls)
- Repository Blocklist
- Model Access Restrictions
- Server-side hooks distribution
- MSA & DPA instead of the standard Terms

When to choose Enterprise:

- You need SCIM to automate onboarding and offboarding
- You need audit logs for compliance
- You want pooled usage instead of per-user allocation
- You need priority support
- You need invoicing instead of a card
- You need advanced security controls (blocklists, model restrictions)
