With recent cursor updates, it tends to generate lots of markdown documents, scattering around my entire code base, unorganized.
I wonder what I should do with them? Are those files for the human or for the agent? If I delete them, will the agent lose context? Can I move them to a doc folder without messing up the agent’s logic?
