When CursorIDE up to 3.0.12 : show running extentions, is None

@deanrie

I have a similar issue: after upgrading—or sometimes,the cursor occasionally becomes unresponsive. Under the Run menu, the only available button is Install Additional Debuggers; the Extensions appears empty, and .ipynb files fail to display.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Cursor IDE, but the problem persists; I even installed it on a different computer, only to meet the same issue. I have already tried the Cursor IDE User version as well, not work.

I previously posted about a similar problem, which was resolved by a reinstallation at the time; however, that solution did not work this time.
