Where is the "improved UX to make it clearer when rules are being applied."

Good afternoon,

I spotted in the 0.47 change log that there’s the text:
“improved UX to make it clearer when rules are being applied.”

I’ve used cursor 0.47.5 this morning and I cannot see where this UX improvement is located. I’ve wanted to be able to trace which rules are applied and when, so I’m very keen to see this. Does anybody know where I should be looking?
