Why it always opens validate-drawio.sh

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I use the Cursor in Windows 11 (CursorUserSetup-x64-3.9.16.exe). When I run the chat and the AI executes a prompt, it always opens validate-drawio.sh.

The file is stored in C:\Users\User\.cursor\plugins\cache\cursor-public\deploy-on-aws\7a17df718d26f07414b876e77a7480fa25089b08\scripts\validate-drawio.sh

It seems like a hook: deploy-on-aws

I try to delete the folder at C:\Users\User.cursor\plugins\cache\cursor-public, but when I execute it from a plan, it auto-generates every time.

Steps to Reproduce

Download the Cursor Windows (CursorUserSetup-x64-3.9.16.exe) and open the chat, enter the prompt, and wait for the file to open.

Expected Behavior

It must run in the background; it shouldn’t open the file.

For AI issues: which model did you use?

Auto

Does this stop you from using Cursor

No - Cursor works, but with this issue

Yes, it’s very annoying, any help?

Hi there,

This looks like an issue with the deploy-on-aws Cursor Plugin, which you would have installed yourself in Cursor (see the docs on Plugins).

I’d recommend raising an issue on that GitHub repo, and/or uninstalling the plugin if it’s causing a nuisance.
