API Keys
Describe the request
Allow a workspace to have a specific (different) API Key or account relative to the global configuration.
This allows for client-specific work as many clients want their employees to use their API keys, track cursor usage, and manage data retention.
This is directly applicable for multi-project users such as consultants, etc
