Hey, quick check in on this thread. Are you still seeing the issue with extension icons in WSL after a restart on the latest Cursor version?
A thread with a similar symptom (Windows 11 + WSL Ubuntu) popped up the other day: Extentions icons don't load under the extention tab on the sidebar. It looks like the same race with registering vscode-remote-resource://.
If you’re still hitting it, please share your Cursor version and your WSL distro. I’ll move it to the right team as a separate issue about a startup race in protocol registration (the old ticket linked to this thread was closed without a fix). If you can’t reproduce it on the current version, let me know too and I’ll close the thread.
