Yes - Cursor is unusable

Hey, thanks for the report. I can see the screenshot with the error “Unauthorized request. User is unauthorized”. On Windows, this is most often caused by your system clock being out of sync.

Try this:

  1. Windows Settings > Time & Language > Date & Time
  2. Turn on “Set time automatically” and click “Sync now”
  3. Fully restart Cursor

If that doesn’t help, sign out in Cursor Settings, fully close Cursor, check in Task Manager that no Cursor processes are left, delete the %APPDATA%\Cursor folder and make a backup first, then sign in again.
