0.47 Restore Checkpoint issue

Im not seeing checkpoints after every code change anymore, I haven’t figured out what makes it appear or not yet.

Also, it appears once you “use” a checkpoint, you cannot use it again. That is, if I restore to a checkpoint, then make a bunch of changes (by hand) I cannot then go restore that checkpoint again. Would be very nice if the checkpoints were persistent so you could always jump back to them at any point.

We might implement that soon to make them always visible.
