2.0.48: Edit Confirmation UI Unresponsive

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

When I make a request the “Undo All” “Keep All” “Review next file” UI is unresponsive.
image
I have tried Auto and Grok Code. Sometimes it does it, sometimes it doesn’t. The confrimation UI is unresponsive and will not go away even if you delete the chat, restart Cursor. It only goes away if I press the restore arrow. image

Steps to Reproduce

Make a request. The confirmation UI buttons are unresponsive and are missing the numbers for the changes (ie 1/1)

Expected Behavior

The buttons work like normal.

Hey, thanks for the report. We’ll look into it.

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Cursor IDE

Describe the Bug

I now have, on one file only, a “Undo all/Keep all” series of buttons that a) don’t respond to button presses, and b) won’t go away.

There is no “keep/undo” available for the green highlighted section. And no file/change counts appear in the “undo all/keep all” button view either.

If I navigate to other files, I get a “Review next file” button, which takes me to this one file.

Things I’ve tried:

  1. reloading the window
  2. restarting cursor
  3. deleting the saved files in C:\Users\neil\AppData\Roaming\Cursor\User\workspaceStorage/
  4. having AI do more work on the problematic file, to see if “Keep all” will accept both the new work and the “stuck thing”. (nope)

Steps to Reproduce

Don’t know how to reproduce in a new project

Expected Behavior

Should disappear, on being clicked (or really, should not be there in the first place).

For AI issues: which model did you use?

Sonnet 4.5

Additional Information

While I mention “sometimes” below, this makes review very painful. Cursor still “works”. But looking through the changes is now an exercise in frustration.
