2.1.0: Nasty Bug - file search input field not clickable

Describe the Bug

The search input field at the top of the IDE is no longer clickable, so you cannot search for files to open(!)

Steps to Reproduce

try and click to search.

MacOS

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Use Shift Shift (tap twice) to enter the field to workaround this (I actually didn’t notice the bug because I am used to this hotkey)

P.S. I noticed in version 2.x at some point this is a floating field rather than using the location at the top.

Hey, thanks for the report. It looks like this is a regression in version 2.1.0.

Recommended fix: please update to version 2.1.6 - similar regressions from 2.1.0 have already been fixed there. Go to Cursor → Check for Updates.

Let me know if the issue persists after updating to 2.1.6.
