[2.5.26] Diffs not showing

Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Diffs not showing (again) after making a request. Most recent request ID: b4c432f6-0d6c-49cb-afe4-ed8d4306d172 Using Auto. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Have not seen a pattern.

Steps to Reproduce

Make a request, changes are made, no diffs are shown. Just the undo/keep button.

Expected Behavior

Shows the diffs

Nevermind, this appeared to be more related to this issue, where the undo/keep buttons would not disappear even after accepting. I deleted all chats, reloaded cursor, and finally by copy the entire file, deleting all contents, saving, pasting, then saving it went away.
