A Heartfelt Thank You to Cursor & Seeking Low-Code Learning Resources

Hi everyone,

I’m a self-taught developer from mainland China, working in a non-technical field but deeply passionate about exploring AI as a personal interest. Today, I want to express my sincere gratitude to Cursor.

As someone with zero coding background, I never imagined I could build my own personal website—but Cursor made it possible. For years, my creative ideas felt limited by the barrier of “not knowing how to code.” At 30, with a demanding full-time job, dedicating time to learn programming seemed impossible. Just when I thought my dreams might remain unrealized, Cursor changed everything.

What amazes me most is how it eased my long-standing fear of coding. Instead of wrestling with syntax, I could focus on thinking and creating. Cursor empowered me to become a low-code developer, turning abstract ideas into tangible projects. To the team: thank you for building such an intuitive tool. Your work truly makes technology accessible.

Now, I’m eager to dive deeper! Could anyone recommend beginner-friendly low-code/code-generation resources? I’d appreciate pointers to:

  • Books/Blogs (especially for non-technical learners)
  • Tutorials or case studies (even simple examples!)
  • Relevant threads in this forum I might have missed

I’m excited to keep learning and creating. Thanks in advance for your guidance!

Cheers,
PeterGrog
