Describe the Bug
The accept button sits on top of the “stop” button when the LLM has made a change and is continuing to do so. The problem is if you accidentally “double click” the accept button, you click accept (yay!) then stop (boo!). Accept shouldnt mask stop, stop should always be visible in the same place.

ask llm to make changes, double clickl accept
