Describe the Bug
Cursor finally patched the massive issue with applying changes to the incorrect file (and possibly deleting files randomly), but now if you don’t accept ALL the changes with the “Accept” button at the top and select only the changes you want (y/n) it doesn’t “autosave”… instead the file remains modified and when you manually save it, the accepted changes revert back to unaccepted changes (in red).
P.S. the “autosave” feature is not a good idea. You should be able to “Accept” the change, modifying the file, and then be able to save it manually after reviewing the actual applied changes.
Steps to Reproduce
- Apply code from chat or composer to a file
- Manually accept or reject individual changes through the file
- After all changes have been accepted or rejected, save the file
- All change are reverted to the state where cursor has applied them to the file (all the deletions and additions reappear in red and green)
Expected Behavior
Simply save the file as one would expect… [save != apply code changes again that I have already painstakingly reviewed]
