I have checked around and saw people requesting some add files features for context. The ones that I could find didn’t explicitly say this, so I’ll suggest this:
It’d be nice to add a feature that allows you to @all files or + all files/folders for context. The @ codebase doesn’t really work for this use case and @folder doesn’t really either. Every time I @ codebase or @ folders, the chat/composer doesn’t read into the files under the folders. @ codebase will only give the chat a very vague idea of what the project is about.
This can be useful when you’re restarting a new chat, or just got back from a break. The chat/composer usually loses context after a break, from my experience. I’ve had to @ every single file to make sure the chat/composer gets enough context, and it’s a lot of effort just to start a chat like that.
Well, of course, unless there are features that can already do this, which I don’t know and I’m eager to know LOL.
