After updating Cursor, Agent mode applies file changes **directly to disk** with no red/green inline diff and no **Keep / Undo** (or Accept / Reject) controls. Settings that used to control this either don't exist in my UI or have no effect. This removed

Does this stop you from using Cursor

Yes - Cursor is unusable

Hey, this isn’t a bug, it’s a settings mix-up after the update.

In your video I can see you have two windows open. One is the classic window, the other is the Agents Window, the new chat-first UI. That’s why it feels like ChatGPT and why you don’t see the menu. The old editor didn’t go anywhere, it’s right next to it.

  1. Press Ctrl+Shift+P
  2. Type and select Open Editor Window

That will open the classic editor. Then:

  1. Go to Cursor Settings > Agents > Applying Changes and turn on the Inline Diffs toggle

The Applying Changes section only shows up in the Editor Window. It’s not visible in the Agents Window, so that’s why you couldn’t find it.

When Inline Diffs is off, it’s auto-keep mode. Changes apply right away with no review UI. Turn it back on and you’ll get the red and green diffs plus the Keep and Undo buttons. If the toggle was already on but the review UI still doesn’t show up, toggle it off and on again, then restart Cursor.

Let me know how it goes.

Yea Fixed Thank You , I’m Sorry I Was Hell Band Cause I Accidently Ripped Off Almost Mah Whole Git Repo Cause Of Tis …
