Hey, thanks for the report. This is a known bug and the team is aware.
Duplicate: Edits to terminal commands ignored
There’s no workaround yet. You can either accept the original command, or cancel and ask the agent to explicitly suggest the command you want (for example: “run python3.11 -c …”).
