Agent tab switch goes top

On switching agent tabs in editor window. Often the view goes to the switched agent history top, not last viewed position. I have to scroll long down to restore previous view.

Does this stop you from using Cursor?

Hey, thanks for the report. Both items are known issues:

  1. The scroll jumps to the start of the history when switching agent tabs. This is an old bug and it’s being tracked in this thread: Chat view scroll position resets when switching between conversations Chat view scroll position resets when switching between conversations. We’re tracking it on our side too, but I can’t share an exact ETA for a fix yet.

  2. The End key doesn’t scroll the agent chat. This is also known. Home/End and Page Up/Page Down don’t work for chat navigation yet. It’s been reported internally, but there’s no fix timeline to share yet.

To avoid splitting the discussion, it’s best to follow further scroll updates in the main thread above since all the details are collected there. If I learn anything new about either issue, I’ll post an update.
