Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
- Agent Terminal missing
- The arrow for “Open in external terminal” is missing
Steps to Reproduce
I did nothing differently. Cursor probably got updated to latest and that’s what probably broke it.
Expected Behavior
The little arrow button for “Open in external terminal” should be present.
And in the terminal pane there should be an “agent terminal”.
