Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug

Angent window tools do not load correctly.

Browser Automation says “unable to check status”.
MCP Server Tools is stuck in “loading tools” mode.

Neither is fixed when restarted and shutdown.

To be clear, these tools DO work in “Focus Editor Window”.

They DO NOT work in “Open in Agent Window”.

Steps to Reproduce

create chat in Editor window, the normal way. Click “Open in Agent Window” and check the tools.

Expected Behavior

the Browser and MCP servers should work in Agent Window
