In the agent window I’d like for each worktree that I’ve manually created (I don’t care about worktrees that cursor creates) to be treated as a separate project. Even though i’m working in the same repository each worktree should be treated as a separate unit of unrelated work. In the cursor IDE i did this by opening a new Cursor window for each worktree, but would love to manage this in the agent-window as multiple projects.
Hey @RyanAnklam! This is something we’re tracking requests for. What would you think of a second-level grouping under repository for worktrees, as opposed to it being completely separate?
