@user58 yes Alipay has a restriction of 90 days after payment for refunds, which may be an issue when annual plans get cancelled and user requests refund.
If this problem causes you to be unable to pay with Alipay, please only restrict users who have not successfully deducted money, and do not restrict old users who have already paid. Pls…
We do not restrict existing subscriptions.

Yes that is an issue currently including a limitation that Alipay does not allow refunds after 90 days of subscription. But we are looking for a solution.
