MY main payment software is Alipay He lost his payment method

There is no official announcement does anyone know the details？

There have been cases where Cursor refused to issue refunds when disputes arose after payments were made via Alipay. It makes one wonder if this is why they’ve removed Alipay as a payment option.

@kohivo we are working to resolve issues with Alipay access.

@user58 yes Alipay has a restriction of 90 days after payment for refunds, which may be an issue when annual plans get cancelled and user requests refund.
