Apply deletes random things in the same method (PY)

How can I tell the bot to stop deleting things that it shouldnt.
If i ask it to improve one method it gives me the new code and when I press on apply it deletes most of the time the other part of the method that it didnt give me the code for.

This is really annyoing. Anyway to setup a prompt or so?

Same thing is happening to me. It keeps deleting/“simplifying” stuff in methods, which shouldn’t be removed.
