Ask mode for how to deploy the project to device, shows infinite loop with unnecessary words.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Mac OS 15.5 Apple M1, Version: 1.0.0 VSCode Version: 1.96.2
2. Create Swift project
3. Ask mode and my question this time is “Great now it works good, how can I deploy that to my iPhone X, show me step by step”

Expected Behavior

Proper guidance (it is almost a must happen thing if I ask the question under chat)
