Cursor used to auto-apply changes so the only step I had to take was accept them, which I could do all at a time with the ‘Accept all’ button. Now, I have to first click ‘Apply all’.
I no longer have a subscription – is that why?

Hi there, did you upgrade to 0.48?
If yes then auto-run settings might have been reset on purpose due to changes in processing the Cursor team reported.
Check the settings please and enble it.
Can Confirm. In agent mode with Auto-Run selected, it still asks me to run every command. DRIVING ME FKN NUTS.
Thank you! That worked! I was looking for the setting before posting but couldn’t find it.
For anyone else wondering, the setting is Preferences → Cursor Settings → Features → Enable auto-run mode.
Yes Cursor team mentioned they adjusted this as precaution for all users.
Could you confirm if you are using 0.48 or not?
Set commands in allowList or denyList in setting.
if 0.47 or earlier make sure to remove the auto-run prompt.
