I have the same issue! I updated Cursor today and now bash commands from the agent are not visible in the chat until I restart Cursor. I also checked Network Diagnosis, all good there. My data:

Thank you for reporting the issue. I’ve moved it to a new post as its different from other users issue.
We are investigating the issue.
The issue will be fixed in v1.3.1 which should roll out soon.
Alternatively you can switch to 1.2 and disable Early Access

New update ruined lots of stuff. can’t stop agent mid loop anymore to give feedback, no quick use buttons to apply anymore, bash commands from agent don’t have any buttons on them
