Hi Cursor Team,
My name is Farid Yusifov. I am a 16-year-old developer, builder, and youth initiative lead from Azerbaijan. My daily stack centers around Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, and Telegram Mini Apps — but above all, Cursor is the engine behind everything I create.
In Azerbaijan, we have a generation of ambitious young minds hungry to build startups, launch modern web platforms, and craft digital experiences. However, traditional coding education often acts as a bottleneck, slowing down pure creativity. Cursor completely changes this equation. It allows us to bypass repetitive boilerplate and turn complex startup concepts — from full-stack web platforms to seamless Telegram apps and media workflows — into production-ready software in days, not months.
I am hosting a high-impact, hands-on workshop and meetup for university students, young creators, and developers (16+) in Azerbaijan titled: “AI-Driven Building: Turning Ideas into Startups with Cursor.”
This is not just a passive lecture. It is a live-building experience where attendees will see firsthand how Cursor’s AI architecture (Composer, context indexing, custom rules) turns abstract startup ideas into live web applications and Telegram Mini Apps.
I want to officially establish and lead the Cursor Community in Azerbaijan as your Local Host / Lead.
Azerbaijan’s tech ecosystem is rising rapidly, and our youth are eager to adopt AI-native building tools. By bringing Cursor officially to our local ecosystem, we can empower hundreds of young builders to launch their first AI-assisted startups and digital products.
To make this event truly memorable, we would love your official backing — whether through Cursor Pro access for workshop attendees, official branding assets, or community swag.
I am ready to lead this movement and build a vibrant Cursor community here in Baku. Let’s empower the next generation of builders together.
Looking forward to bringing Cursor to Azerbaijan!
Warm regards,
Farid Yusifov
