The cost warning will only show when your press “Run New”, as this starts a new session with the bug finder. The “computing changes” step is just the editor checking many commits you have to review, and calculates a cost for it.
No cost is incurred until after the editor had calculated the total cost for the process, at which point you can then accept the cost or cancel the bug finder.
