Bidirectional sync

• Trigger: Scheduled

• Branches: Syncs new branches both ways; creates Azure DevOps PRs for new GitHub branches, or updates existing ones

• Pull requests: Creates/links PRs across platforms; syncs descriptions, comments, status

bugbot and cloud agent would be nice. So that we can use Slack bot integration to kick of a change based on a backlog item in Azure Devops, creating a git branch in Azure DevOps, have cursor write the code and commit and create a pull request ready to review.
