Where does the bug appear (feature/product)?

Describe the Bug
I have granted Github access to all repositories.
Clicking on Enable lands me on: https://cursor.com/dashboard/bugbot/installation/112506398 and doesn’t resolve, the page’s top section keeps spinning forever.
What I’ve tried:
- Disconnected Github and reconnected from scratch
- Tried a different browser (Brave/Chrome)
- Signing out and signing in again
- Cleared cookies, cache
- Tried manually triggering it by commenting: ‘cursor review verbose=true’ on my PR at which point BugBot responded there with:
Bugbot request id: serverGenReqId_b66dcead… (I removed the uuid here)
Skipping Bugbot: Bugbot is disabled for this repository. Visit the Bugbot dashboard to update your settings.
Steps to Reproduce
Going to BugBot > Trying to Enable it on Github by clicking on Enable button
