How do I know if my BUGBOT.md file was applied for PR review . I have a file named BUGBOT.md in .cursor folder in main branch and it seems cursor isn’t using that as reference.

Hey! We recently resolved some issues with Bugbot rules getting pulled in. I have high confidence that it should work smoothly now, but please let me know if it still isn’t!!
are there any news about this issue? I’m experiencing exactly the same issue and the BugBot does not include my references neither any information about commits, PR numbers, etc
I tried to create BUGBOT.md file today, neither try will give me any better result then just not having .cursor/BUGBOT.md file, why? Please provide more comprehensive explanation how to create this prompt file? What should and shouldn’t be there? Can I reference project rules there and if so, how can I do it?
