Describe the Bug

Bugbot is running forever in a pull request. The job has been running for several hours now without being able to cancel the job.

Potential fix:
A new command bugbot cancel to kill the current job.

Hey, we had some issues earlier today but it should be resolved. So sorry about this – it should now be impossible to get stuck with a running BugBot check. If this happens again, please let us know. Thanks for being a BugBot user!
