Just wanted to share a little open-source tool I built to solve a problem that was driving me crazy: keeping Cursor from getting lost on bigger projects.

Basically, it turns a simple project doc into a Kanban board. The main benefit is you can feed Cursor one task at a time, which keeps it from going rogue. Plus, you get a clear visual of your progress.
It’s super simple, requires no API keys, and you can customize your own rules.
