Business Account asking for Pro Upgrade

Ok,

So we sign up for the business account.

I get added as a user.

Within that account view:

  1. (For months) options to upgrade to pro and business are shown - even if you already have those accounts.
  2. The agent is now asking me to upgrade to pro to use a model - even though we have a business account, and budget setup.
  3. Why is it asking me to upgrade to pro? Isn’t that part of the business package per user added?

Solved: Fixed. There was an issue with the invite link being clicked while old cursor instance was open. It thought it was a new account. re-clicking the invite link kicked everything to flow, and pickup the correct settings now.
